FAQs

  • Do you require a deposit?
    We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to book our bounce houses. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future date.
  • Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
    Yes, absolutely! We deliver and begin set-up an hour before your event (unless we discussed other arrangements) to ensure everything is perfect before your guests arrive. We then come back at your scheduled end time to pack everything up.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    We do offer a 10% military discount! So when inquiring, please put in notes that the military discount applies to you.
  • Do you do overnight rentals?
    At this time, we do not. This doesn't mean you can't have a late party or event though!
  • How far in advance should I reserve my date?
    Honestly, as soon as you know your date and you know that you want a bounce house! It's hard to predict our calendar but we will work with you as much as we possibly can.
  • How much is delivery?
    Delivery is free in Kitsap County. If you're located outside Kitsap, you will be subject to a delivery fee. The delivery fee will be calculated and based on mileage from Silverdale.
  • How much space do I need?
    The amount of space depends on which bounce house you're renting. The measurements are on the descriptions of our bouncers, so from there, you'll want to add 2ft on each side, 5ft in the front, and 5ft in the back. If you're unsure, you can message us and we'll give you exact measurements or we will send someone out to survey the area!
  • What type of surfaces can you set up on?
    We set up on flat surfaces such as grass, turf, pavers, and concrete. Please check with us if you’re unsure your surface meets the requirements.
  • Do you offer balloon garlands?
    Currently, we do not. Don't worry though, we have you covered! We have worked with Little Bubble Company, Popfetti, and Hello Sunshine Creatives. They're all so talented and give our bouncers that extra touch of magic!
  • Do I need a power source?
    An electrical outlet must be within 100 feet of the setup. At this time we do not offer generators. If a generator is needed, the customer is responsible for supplying one. You can rent a generator from many stores but we have personally had the best experience with Northern Equipment Rentals in Poulsbo.
  • Is there a cleaning fee?
    No, the cleaning is already included in the price. Our bounce houses will get dirty and we have no problem with that. If the bounce house has been disrespected, is excessively dirty and/or stained, leading to extra cleaning time on our end, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Can the bounce houses be used indoors?
    Absolutely! Our Luxury Castle bounce house requires 15 feet of height clearance, Our Modern Flat Top bounce house requires 12 feet of height clearance, and then our "Liv a little" bounce house requires 10 feet of height clearance.
  • Is the equipment manned?
    In most cases, no. It is the responsibility of the lessee to make sure safety measures are taken and equipment is not being mistreated. For bigger events such as block parties, festivals, weddings, etc. we do offer an attendant for a fee to help man the equipment so you can be carefree.
  • Do you have a weather policy?
    Eleven23 Bounce Company reserves the right to refuse delivery in the event of inclement or hazardous, unsafe, or unstable conditions. In case of rain, storms, and/or high winds the rental may be cut short or rescheduled. If winds begin to reach higher than 15mph, even with adequate stakes and/or sandbags, the inflatable may become airborne in strong winds.
  • Are the bounce houses clean?
    Of course! We clean our bounce houses after every rental and sanitize them before each use.
